Dr. Tammy Scarlett is not your typical wellness professional... she’s a modern-day alchemist, storyteller, and self-proclaimed “Doubting Thomas” who took the long way home to wholeness. As a holistic health practitioner and founder of The Women’s Wellness Network, Tammy helps people reclaim their power through The Scarlett Shift - a living philosophy that blends science, spirituality, and storytelling into one embodied experience of self-mastery.

Her name, Scarlett, comes from Gone with the Wind - and like her cinematic namesake, she’s known for her wit, grit, and unshakable determination to rise, no matter how many times life blows everything down. She faced breast cancer and divorce at the same time, lost her home, health, and sense of belonging, and nearly her life during the pandemic - yet turned rock bottom into sacred ground.

A lifelong hermit-turned-healer, Tammy admits she didn’t trust easily. She preferred to figure things out alone - skeptical of gurus, allergic to spiritual fluff, and convinced that truth had to be lived, not taught. That stubborn independence became her greatest teacher. Now, she helps others uncover their own mysteries, guiding them to trust the wisdom of their body, the language of energy, and the quiet voice within.

Through her work in Gaia & GUS Adventures, Tammy bridges Heaven and Earth. Gaia representing the matter, magnet, and feminine; GUS standing for God–Universe–Spirit, the masculine and electric. Together, they form the pulse of her mission: to remind humanity that we are not broken — just remembering.
